Work Within Highway Right of Way

The Municipality of the County of Antigonish advises that if you are planning any activity/work on the roadway or within the highway right-of-way, including installation of a driveway or erecting a structure within 100 metres of any roadway under its jurisdiction,
a permit is required prior to starting work.

A $300.00 refundable deposit is required at the time of application.  The deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory completion of the work as determined by the Director of Public Works.
